- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the chopped pecans, flour, and brown sugar.
- In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter and eggs.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients and stir until just mixed.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
