Description

1/4 cup honey

1 tbsp soy sauce

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)


Instructions

  • Prep the Chicken:

    • Season chicken tenders with salt and pepper.
    • Dredge each tender in flour, dip into the beaten eggs, and then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  • Air Fry:

    • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
    • Arrange chicken tenders in a single layer (you may need to cook in batches).

  • Prepare the Sauce:
