Ingredients

- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2–3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Preheat & Prepare:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place the cauliflower florets in a large bowl.

Season:
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until evenly coated.

Bake:
- Spread the florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the cauliflower is tender and golden around the edges.

Optional Finishing Touch:
- If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan over the roasted cauliflower and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For an extra crunch, try adding a handful of toasted breadcrumbs before serving.
- To keep it vegan, simply omit the Parmesan cheese.
