Description

This creamy and rich Banana Fudge is a delicious treat made with ripe bananas, chocolate, and condensed milk. It’s a perfect no-bake dessert that melts in your mouth


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips (or milk chocolate for a different flavor)
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional, for crunch)

Instructions

  • Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  • Stir in the mashed bananas, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  • Sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or until firm.
  • Cut into squares and serve!

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
