This creamy and rich Banana Fudge is a delicious treat made with ripe bananas, chocolate, and condensed milk. It’s a perfect no-bake dessert that melts in your mouth

- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 cups white chocolate chips (or milk chocolate for a different flavor)
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional, for crunch)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Stir in the mashed bananas, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve!
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
- For a chocolate version, substitute dark or milk chocolate for white chocolate.
