Instructions
- Preheat and Prep:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
- Mix Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, combine Bisquick mix, egg, milk, crumbled cooked sausage, shredded cheddar, and black pepper. Stir until just combined.
- Form and Bake:
- Drop tablespoon-sized balls of batter onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes or until the balls are puffed and lightly golden on top.
