Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, halved
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 ball burrata cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • Balsamic glaze, for drizzling

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush each slice with olive oil.
  • Toast in the oven for 8-10 minutes, until golden and crisp.
  • Rub the toasted bread with the cut side of the garlic cloves for added flavor.
  • In a bowl, combine the diced cherry tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  • Tear the burrata into pieces and place them on each toast.
  • Spoon the tomato mixture over the burrata.
  • Sprinkle with fresh basil and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
