A luxurious and comforting pasta dish featuring tender lobster meat tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce with a hint of lemon and herbs.

- 12 oz (340g) linguine or spaghetti
- 2 lobster tails (about 8 oz/225g total), cooked and chopped
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup (60ml) dry white wine or seafood stock
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving 1/2 cup of the pasta water.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the white wine or seafood stock and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the chopped lobster meat and cook for 2-3 minutes until warmed through.
- Stir in the lemon zest, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes (if using). Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat, adding reserved pasta water as needed for creaminess.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and Parmesan if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use freshly cooked or pre-cooked lobster tails for convenience.
- You can substitute shrimp or crab for lobster if desired.
- For a creamier sauce, stir in a splash of heavy cream at the end.
