Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare Asparagus: Arrange the trimmed asparagus spears in a single layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Bake: Roast in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes until the asparagus is just tender.
- Add Cheese: Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle evenly with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Melt & Finish: Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve: If desired, sprinkle red pepper flakes for a subtle kick and serve with lemon wedges.
