Description

These Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are loaded with juicy garlic-seasoned chicken, melted cheese, and a crispy golden tortilla. Perfect for a quick lunch, dinner, or meal prep, they are packed with flavor and easy to make!

For the Chicken Filling
  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken (rotisserie or grilled)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth or water
For the Wraps
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (for brushing)

Instructions

  • Prepare the chicken: In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in shredded chicken, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken broth and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  • Assemble the wraps: Lay a tortilla flat and sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese in the center. Add a generous scoop of the garlic chicken mixture and top with parsley.
  • Fold & cook: Fold the tortilla tightly into a wrap. Heat a skillet over medium heat and brush it with melted butter. Place the wrap seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve & enjoy: Slice in half and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
