Description
These Cherry Cheese Danish Sliders are a delicious combination of flaky pastry, sweet cream cheese filling, and a burst of tart cherry topping. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or as a sweet snack, they’re easy to make and irresistibly tasty!
Ingredients
– 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
– 8 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1/4 cup granulated sugar
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 tsp lemon juice
– 1/2 cup cherry pie filling
– 1 tbsp butter, melted
– 1 tbsp powdered sugar (optional, for drizzle)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Unroll one can of crescent dough and place it at the bottom of the prepared baking dish, pressing to seal the seams.
3. In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth.
4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crescent dough.
5. Unroll the second can of crescent dough and place it over the cream cheese layer, sealing the seams.
6. Spoon the cherry pie filling evenly over the top of the dough.
7. Brush the top with melted butter and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
8. Let cool for a few minutes before cutting into sliders.
9. Drizzle with powdered sugar, if desired, and serve warm.

– You can substitute the cherry pie filling with other fruit fillings like blueberry or raspberry.
