Description

A fun twist on a classic treat, these cookies are made using brownie mix for an extra fudgy and indulgent texture. Perfect for a quick dessert or snack, they bring together convenience and deliciousness in every bite.

Ingredients

– 1 box (18 oz) brownie mix

– 2 large eggs

– 1/3 cup vegetable oil (or melted butter)

– Optional: 1/2 cup chocolate chips

– Optional: 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until well blended.

3. Stir in chocolate chips and/or nuts if using.

4. Drop rounded tablespoons of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

5. Bake for 10-12 minutes. The cookies will be soft in the center and slightly crisp around the edges.

6. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

– For a chewier texture, reduce the baking time slightly.

– Feel free to experiment with different mix-ins like dried fruit or a sprinkle of sea salt on top before baking.

– Enjoy these cookies warm or at room temperature.
