Ingredients
– 1 can crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
– 4 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup lump crab meat, drained and picked over
– 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives (or green onions)
– 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
– Optional: 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
3. In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, lump crab meat, mozzarella, Parmesan, chives, garlic, salt, pepper, and Old Bay seasoning if using.
4. Spoon a generous amount of the mixture onto the wide end of each dough triangle.
5. Roll the dough from the wide end toward the tip, forming a crescent shape.
6. Place the rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush the tops with the beaten egg.
7. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown.
8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
