Ingredients

- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Dredge each chicken breast first in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat evenly with the breadcrumb–Parmesan mix.

- In a large skillet, heat about ¼ inch of vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken breasts for about 4-5 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
