- 3 large egg whites (room temperature)
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons flavored Jello powder (any flavor)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat & Prepare Baking Sheet:
- Preheat oven to 225°F (110°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Beat the Egg Whites:
- In a clean, dry mixing bowl, beat egg whites on medium speed until foamy.
- Add cream of tartar and continue beating.

Add Sugar & Jello Powder:
- Gradually add sugar and Jello powder, one tablespoon at a time, while beating at high speed.
- Continue beating until stiff, glossy peaks form.
- Mix in vanilla extract.

Pipe or Scoop Meringues:
- Transfer the mixture to a piping bag with a star tip (or use a spoon).
- Pipe small mounds onto the prepared baking sheet.

Bake & Cool:
- Bake for 1 ½ to 2 hours, or until the meringues are dry and crisp.
- Turn off the oven and let cookies cool inside for an hour before removing.

- Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container for up to a week.
Notes
- Use any Jello flavor for a fun twist (strawberry, lime, orange, etc.).
- For a marbled effect, gently swirl an extra teaspoon of Jello powder into the meringue before piping.
- Store in a dry place to prevent meringues from becoming sticky.
