Ingredients
**For the Meatloaf:**
– 2 lbs ground beef (80/20)
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1 small onion, finely chopped
– 2 large eggs
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 1 tsp dried parsley
– 1/2 tsp paprika
**For the Glaze:**
– 1/2 cup ketchup
– 2 tbsp brown sugar
– 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, eggs, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, parsley, and paprika. Mix until just combined.
3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on the prepared baking sheet or loaf pan.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar. Spread half of the glaze over the meatloaf.
5. Bake for 40 minutes, then spread the remaining glaze over the meatloaf.
6. Continue baking for another 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
7. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
