- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Cook the Noodles: Boil noodles in salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Sauté Garlic: In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1–2 minutes).
- Combine: Add the drained noodles to the skillet. Toss with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar until evenly coated.
- Finish: Allow the noodles to heat through for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Serve: Garnish with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of red chili flakes if using. Serve warm.
