Description

Garlic Steak Bites are juicy, tender pieces of steak seared to perfection and coated in a rich, buttery garlic sauce. This quick and easy dish is perfect as a main course, appetizer, or even a protein-packed snack. Serve them with your favorite sides for a delicious and satisfying meal!

Ingredients

– 1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

– 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

– 4 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme)

– 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped

– 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

1. Season the steak bites with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Toss to coat evenly.

2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.

3. Once the oil is hot, add the steak bites in a single layer. Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Work in batches if needed.

4. Remove the steak bites from the pan and set aside.

5. Reduce the heat to medium-low and add butter to the skillet.

6. Stir in the minced garlic, thyme, and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

7. Return the steak bites to the pan, tossing to coat them in the garlic butter sauce.

8. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

– For the best sear, avoid overcrowding the pan. Cook in batches if necessary.

– Adjust garlic to taste for a stronger or milder flavor.

– Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or a fresh salad.

– Try using ribeye or filet mignon for an even more tender bite.

– Add a splash of Worcestershire sauce for extra depth of flavor.
