Ingredients
– 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

– 1 tablespoon white sugar
– 1 1/4 cups milk
– 1 egg
– 3 tablespoons melted butter
– 6-8 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
– Optional: whipped cream and extra Oreos for serving
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
2. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg, and melted butter. Stir until the batter is smooth.
3. Gently fold in the chopped Oreo cookies, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
4. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
5. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle to form giant pancakes.
6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges begin to look set, then flip and cook until both sides are golden brown.
