Ingredients
**For the Pizza:**
– 4 large flour tortillas
– 1/2 lb ground beef
– 1/2 packet taco seasoning
– 1/2 cup water
– 1 cup refried beans
– 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
– 1/2 cup salsa
**Toppings:**
– 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
– 1/4 cup sliced black olives
– 1/4 cup chopped green onions
– 1/4 cup sour cream
– 1 tbsp chopped cilantro (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
3. Add taco seasoning and water, stirring until well combined. Simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Warm the refried beans in a small saucepan or microwave.
5. Place two tortillas on a baking sheet. Spread a layer of refried beans on each tortilla.
6. Add seasoned beef evenly over the beans, then place another tortilla on top to form a pizza base.
7. Spread salsa over the top tortilla, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
9. Remove from the oven and top with diced tomatoes, olives, green onions, and cilantro.
10. Slice and serve with sour cream on the side.
