Description

Indulge in this creamy, dreamy tropical mocktail that combines the tangy zest of key lime pie with the rich, coconutty flavors of a piña colada. Perfect for summer parties, brunches, or a refreshing treat any time of year! 


Ingredients

  • 2 oz coconut water or coconut milk

  • 1 oz pineapple juice

  • 1 oz cream of coconut

  • 1/2 cup key lime juice

  • 1/4 cup cream cheese

  • Ice cubes ❄️

  • Whipped cream (for topping)

  • Lime zest (for garnish)

  • Graham cracker crumbs (for rim)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Glass:

    • Dip the rim of your glass in key lime juice, then coat it with graham cracker crumbs.

  2. Blend the Drink:

    • In a blender, combine coconut water or coconut milk, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, key lime juice, cream cheese, and ice.

    • Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Serve the Piña Colada:

    • Pour the blended mixture into the prepared glass.

    • Top with whipped cream.

Notes

 

  • For a lighter version, use coconut water instead of coconut milk.

  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less cream of coconut.

  • If you don’t have key lime juice, regular lime juice works too, but the flavor will be slightly different.
