Ingredients
– 1 (16-ounce) can refried beans
– 1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
– 1 (0.4-ounce) package ranch dressing mix
– 1 small tomato, seeded and diced
– 1/2 cup sliced black olives
– 1/3 cup sliced green onions
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– Tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, combine the sour cream and ranch dressing mix until well blended.
2. On a serving plate or shallow dish, spread the refried beans evenly as the base layer.
3. Spread the ranch-seasoned sour cream mixture over the beans.
4. Evenly sprinkle the diced tomatoes over the sour cream layer.
5. Add the sliced black olives and green onions on top.
6. Finish by sprinkling the shredded cheddar cheese over the top layer.
7. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
