Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (or brown sugar for a softer texture)
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, and egg. Stir until smooth and fully incorporated.
  • Scoop out small portions of dough (about 1 tablespoon each) and roll them into balls. Place them on the baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  • Flatten each cookie slightly using a fork, creating a crisscross pattern.
  • Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the edges are set. The cookies will still be soft but will firm up as they cool.
  • Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
