Description

This creamy and zesty Lemon Fudge is a delightful treat with a perfect balance of sweetness and citrusy tang. Made with white chocolate, condensed milk, and fresh lemon zest, it’s a refreshing twist on classic fudge. Ideal for parties, gifts, or an anytime indulgence!

 


Ingredients

– 2 1/2 cups white chocolate chips

– 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

– 2 tbsp unsalted butter

– 1 tbsp lemon zest

– 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

– 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

– A pinch of salt

– Yellow food coloring (optional)

**For Garnish:**

– Extra lemon zest

– White chocolate shavings


Instructions

1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.

2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter. Stir until melted and smooth.

3. Remove from heat and mix in lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and salt. Add a few drops of yellow food coloring if desired.

4. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly.

5. Sprinkle extra lemon zest and white chocolate shavings on top.

6. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until firm.

7. Cut into small squares and serve. Enjoy!

 


Notes

– For a stronger lemon flavor, add an extra tablespoon of lemon zest.

– Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

– If you prefer a firmer fudge, freeze for 30 minutes before cutting.

– A dash of turmeric can be used instead of food coloring for a natural yellow hue.
