- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup beef broth or water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp water)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots (optional)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the noodles: Boil the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the beef: In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Add aromatics: Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
