– 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)

– Warm, crusty bread, for serving


Instructions

2. Pour the extra-virgin olive oil into a shallow dipping dish.

3. Season the oil with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

4. Add crushed red pepper flakes, lemon zest, and chopped herbs if desired.

5. Serve the seasoned olive oil alongside the warm bread slices and enjoy.
