Description

A creamy, smoky, and flavorful dip made with feta cheese and roasted paprika. Perfect for serving with fresh veggies, pita bread, or crackers as a quick and delicious appetizer.

 


Ingredients

– 200g feta cheese

– 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

– 1 tablespoon olive oil

– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

– 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika

– 1 clove garlic, minced

– 1 tablespoon lemon juice

– 1/2 teaspoon honey (optional)

– Salt and pepper, to taste

– Fresh parsley, for garnish

– Extra olive oil, for drizzling


Instructions

1. In a food processor, combine feta cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, smoked paprika, sweet paprika, garlic, lemon juice, and honey.

2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

3. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.

4. Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with extra olive oil.

5. Garnish with fresh parsley and a sprinkle of smoked paprika.

6. Serve with pita bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables.

 


Notes

– For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.

– Use roasted red peppers for an extra layer of flavor.

– Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
