- 1 lb smoked sausages, sliced
- 1/2 head cabbage, chopped
- 3 medium potatoes, cubed
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot and brown the sausages. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, sauté onion until softened.
- Add potatoes, carrots, and cabbage. Stir well.
- Pour in the chicken broth, add garlic powder and paprika. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
- Return sausages to the pot and simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Serve warm.
