- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1/4 cup chicken broth (or water, as needed)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat the Oil & Cook the Turkey: In a large skillet, heat avocado oil over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula (about 5-7 minutes).
- Sauté the Veggies: Add onions, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until veggies are softened.
- Season the Dish: Stir in chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, cayenne, salt, and black pepper. Add tomato paste and mix well.
- Add Cauliflower Rice: Stir in cauliflower rice and chicken broth. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is tender and absorbs the flavors.
- Finish & Serve: Remove from heat and stir in lime juice. Garnish with chopped cilantro, if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
