- 1 packet taco seasoning (plus required water)
Instructions
- Prepare the macaroni and cheese according to the package instructions. Set aside.
- In a separate pan, brown the ground beef or turkey over medium heat, then drain any excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning and required amount of water to the cooked meat, stirring to combine.
- Stir in the can of Rotel tomatoes and let the mixture simmer for a few minutes.
