Description

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes macaroni and cheese (plus required ingredients: boiling water, milk, and butter)
  • 1 can Rotel (seasoned diced tomatoes)
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (plus required water)

Instructions

  • Prepare the macaroni and cheese according to the package instructions. Set aside.
  • In a separate pan, brown the ground beef or turkey over medium heat, then drain any excess fat.
  • Add the taco seasoning and required amount of water to the cooked meat, stirring to combine.
  • Stir in the can of Rotel tomatoes and let the mixture simmer for a few minutes.
