Ingredients
– 2 cups pretzels
– 1 cup roasted pecans
– 1 cup honey-roasted peanuts
– 1 cup Chex cereal (corn or rice)
– 1 cup cheese crackers
– 1/2 cup dried cranberries
– 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
– 1/4 cup melted butter
– 2 tbsp honey
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
– 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine pretzels, pecans, peanuts, Chex cereal, and cheese crackers.
3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together melted butter, honey, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and salt.
4. Pour the butter mixture over the snack mix and toss to coat evenly.
5. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
6. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
8. Once cooled, add dried cranberries and dark chocolate chips.
9. Store in an airtight container and enjoy on the go!
