Ingredients

– 1 package refrigerated pizza dough (13.8 oz)

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 8 large eggs

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

– 1/3 cup milk

– 2 tablespoons salted butter

– 15 oz can sausage gravy

– 2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese

– 1/2 cup real bacon pieces

– Optional: bell peppers, onions, spinach, mushrooms, or other vegetables

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Lightly grease a 10″x15″ baking sheet.

2. Roll out the pizza dough to fit the baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and poke with a fork to prevent puffing.

3. Bake the crust for about 7 minutes until it starts to brown lightly.

4. While the crust bakes, whisk together eggs, salt, pepper, and milk in a bowl.

5. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and scramble until just set.

6. Remove the crust from the oven. Spread sausage gravy evenly over the crust.

7. Layer scrambled eggs, shredded cheese, and bacon pieces on top.

8. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10–12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

9. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

– For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños or hot sauce to the toppings.

– You can substitute the sausage gravy with a white cheese sauce for a different flavor profile.

– This recipe is versatile; feel free to add or omit ingredients based on your preferences.

– Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheated in the oven or microwave.
